UMG Group of Companies has marked its 19th years of legacy on 22nd of July, 2017. I am so much honored to write this message as a Chief Executive Officer/Chair Woman of UMG Group of companies while it is very valuable to see that UMG Group of Companies has grown into a giant business that prosper together with the nation, Myanmar. During the last 19 years, UMG has survived through all the changes and challenges with the support of our strong UMGians, good partners and loyal customers.

Now UMG is already being extended into nine major business sectors. Our future would be continuously contributing to country’s development through manufacturing of Matador agricultural machineries and fertilizers, media and leisure sector, food production, financial services and education. With the assistance of digital technology, we are expecting to accelerate the operations of each business sectors into a faster, smoother and more innovative performance and up to date.

Today, we are creating a future where everyone is able to access global education. We are also advancing agriculture in Myanmar to produce massive products for exports in order to meet international demands. Moreover, we are also developing a future where everyone have sufficient and healthy nutrition, flow of financial services are easier and faster, everyone can seek proper healthcare and also whereby the environment and the people live in harmony. I selflessly believe that we will build a better future together with all the UMGians holding on each other.
